After some difficulties, customer service did everything right for me. Their products need fine tuning, but their customer service is outstanding.

work for what I need it for. Dark spots that required additional lighting. Has been working flawlessly for over 6 months now. It's not as bright as I thought it would be, but it's sunny so I didn't expect it to be a permanent street light or anything. Only temporary lighting until wired lighting can be installed indoors.

Nice size and weight. Simple instructions are just frustrating to get out of those big fires. They claim 2500 lumens but that doesn't even come close to matching my 1200 lumen headlight. Maybe 700-800 lumens. I bought two smaller lights for 35 off Amazon and I think they are just as bright if not brighter. The only reason I won't be returning them is the size and weight.

I bought this lantern for security lighting. It was a Christmas present. I haven't installed it in months because it was winter so I bought a 24ft 4x6 rack. I installed the light, installed the pole and the light worked for a week. Plenty of sunlight to charge, so no problem. The remote does nothing and the light is there like a paperweight. The only way to take it off is to cut a pole or rent a cherry picker to go there and remove it. Very dissatisfied with this product.

The product was delivered on time. They put it where they wanted in about 10 minutes. I'm still trying to understand the instructions. The first try was on motion detection. I want full light. The instructions are easy to read, but it would be easier to just press one button to get what you want, so you have to press the button once, twice, or hold it down. Also, I like sunshine.
