Very intuitive and easy to use project management software

The user interface is great! It's very intuitive and easy to get started with. I have been able to build out my own custom flows very quickly. There are many 3rd party integrations available as well. I am currently using SaasCase for project management. Before SaasCase I was keeping track of tasks in Excel but it wasn't organized at all. Pros
  • Easy UI
  • Very helpful customer support.
  • Ease when creating new projects/cases or assigning cases within an existing case (case hierarchy)
Cons
  • Not enough integration options compared other platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook etc

Pros
  • Ease to use, quick response times compared side competition..not too expensive.unlimited storage capacity is very helpful :)
Cons
  • At first glance seems really confusing until u learn all steps involved
