I went back and forth about purchasing this chandelier. Finally, I just went for it ! I was super excited when it arrived. Then, I opened it and saw all the strings of crystals that needed to be attached. And got a little nervous.Needless to say all string & balls were wrapped carefully. Nothing was missing nor broken. My only complaint is that it was a pain in the butt to install it. You have to add every crystal strand and there are 140 of them so be prepared to spend a good 45mins-1 hr just adding them. It comes with instructions on how to hang the whole thing but I wish it came with instructions on where and how to place the actual crystals. I actually hired a local electrician to install this, but he did say it was easy to install and assemble. It’s gorgeous, and I’m really happy. The packaging did arrive broken, so I was extremely nervous until after it was installed. They must have handled it really roughly, because even the styrofoam it was encased in had a crack in it! For the price, I won’t complain. If it had been the same price elsewhere, I would recommend buying it there.

The chandelier is beautiful but we have 14' ceilings and we need another foot of cable to extend the chandelier. Our local lighting stores do not have the same cable size, although we were able to find a longer electrical cord at Lowes. We are waiting for Communication back from the manufacturing company as to where to get longer cables. One of the cables broke with the weight of the crystals.we are in limbo waiting.

So I have to say this is an attention grabber. Almost everyone that sees this fixture Is wowed and thinks I spent way more on it than I did. They all agree this is a steal. I added dimmable lights and a simple dinner switch and it's even more awesome. The only downside is that you have to hang the base then attach each and every string. Took about 3 hours and a lot of up and down on a ladder however while a rough install it's totally worth it.

This chandelier is absolutely beautiful! Great value for the price. Looks expensive! The one thing you need to know is that each piece has to be assembled AFTER it is already hung. OMG I had the arm and shoulder workout for my day doing this. Also before hanging the 60 center pieces hang the crystal ball on the end. Be careful and USE THE WHITE GLOVES!

The chandelier light looks great overall once it’s assembled, price is very reasonable too. The process to assemble is a little difficult, it’s better for 2 ppl to assemble which would be a lot faster, took like more than 1 hour for me and my husband to do it. The only complain I have is the cable, they should have designed the cable in the center of the panel so it doesn’t look so weird, we had to put it together with one of the hanging string, otherwise it doesn’t look good. Assembling the crystals was tedious, but the easiest part. Hanging the light and getting level were challenging. Note that once you pull the wire through to make the light shorter, there's no going back. The wire only moves one way. I'm still very nervous that the weight of this fixture is only held by two bolts.

Absolutely Beautiful! Fit perfectly for the space. Seller was amazing in responding to an email sent about the top plate having sharp edges. Within 3 days the new chandelier arrived, without having to send the 1st one back. Amazing service. Have patience when adding the crystals, time consuming but well worth the time. Would definitely recommend.

Hi, The chandelier looks great but the package I received was damaged and poorly delivered. It is a little smaller than the picture. Some crystals are broken and many are missing. I am missing 10 crystal balls and its hangers so the review is morely for the seller. I have contacted the seller and awaiting response.The product is worth the price and looks beautiful in my dining room.Thanks

The lamp is beautiful. But we had a tremendous scare the cables came with defects and two cables came out. I need the seller to contact me. The weight of that lamp is dangerous for those cables that it carries. I am not happy. They need to solve this problem. !

Beautiful chandelier for the price! I think peeling the plastic film off of the chrome was the hardest part but stringing the crystals was pretty easy.

We ordered this light and began installation only to discover it was missing all the required hardware and clips to hang the crystals. Also, these lights take forever to assemble.give you receive the parts required. We then contacted the seller to see if they would send us the parts to finish the job and.no response. Avoid this product

Installation was very difficult. Hanging the crystals were time consuming. It’s very beautiful, I gave it 3 starts because mine came dented and scratched. The top cover was also broken

I love my chandelier for my bathroom remodel. It is gorgeous! It was difficult to assemble. Took a lot of time because the balls are not attached so you have to put each ball on separately, then hang on the chandelier base. But it was well worth the time it took! I love it!
