Very comfortable and great grip but the material only started to wear off after a few days.

Super comfortable shoes. I ran 22 miles in I'm Glacier National Park. The grip was great and my serve didn't hurt. A bit disappointed that part of the side/toe detached from the fabric of the shoe after only a few days of wear, but overall I'm happy with them.

No stepping stone on wet surfaces

I have been a Salomon fan for many years. These shoes fit well as usual but are completely useless even on slightly damp surfaces. I'm more likely to fall in if I wear them a lot while hiking. I'm used to Salomon protectors being great on all surfaces. It looks more like a "fashion shoe" than a typical product. Unfortunately I took the labels off and put them on so I'm stuck with them now and that was an expensive mistake.

Feels flimsy and cheap

Very hard and uncomfortable. There is no arch support and while these shoes are lightweight, they feel flimsy. I had a pair of Salomon's that I used hiking/camping/etc for several years. have worn and they held up well and felt like they could take a beating. They feel cheap and the insole is too thin for any real support. Size was also a big problem for them. I first ordered 6.5 (1/2 size smaller than my usual). They were too big so I returned them for 6. STILL too big. It also seemed a little
