Carrier who is not the manufacturer of this item. The retailer (not Salaway) broke the product. I called the salt marshes and spoke to a very nice lady who sent me a new one with a return package for the broken one. In the future I will buy from a local dealer.

I have used several brands over the years to use a diluted product to dissolve salt. They are short lived and I always struggle with them. This is the best I've used. The only problem is the high cost. If this goes on for a few more years, I'll be back and give it 5 stars.

This model is an improvement of the previous model. The mixer cabinet is better designed and has fewer unnecessary features that do not provide additional functionality. The handle is now a single section with no unnecessary additions and cutouts. They often broke in the previous design. Let's see how long this blender lasts, but it looks more durable than the first one.

I don't like this thing at all. The design is not good. It circulates the water back through the funnel that you fill with Salt Away, making the solution progressively thinner as you spray. You either spray too little solution or throw away the diluted one. Mix solution and water and add fresh solution. Salt Away Mortar is a fantastic product. Too bad their sprayer is overpriced crap.

I think it works but it's actually a dilution system. You put the concentrate in the tank and it is injected into the water stream. Over time, your solution will become weaker and weaker. So I'm only rating this product a weak 2, maybe a 2. I suppose for the money I expected my SaltAway solution to have a permanently diluted product, not in this case. I am looking for an alternative delivery system.

I had no problems with that. I'm not sure why anyone would think they should be able to drop it and it won't hurt. I have 2 new 2018 Yamaha Waverunners that I bring to Cali Pacific, wash them with this machine and dump out the salt as soon as I take them out. Good flow of direct water and mixed when selected. I add a pressurized water fitting at the end when I want to spray the skids, but I usually just go to the coin department and flush the outside.

I use this to rinse and wash my 1999 Bennington pontoon boat (and motor). If you use any type of salt neutralizer you MUST buy one of these - they do a great job easy. Its sturdy construction and existing "desalt”, "flush” and "off” settings are very convenient (for example, when flushing the engine I can instantly switch from desalting to flushing. I just bought a 4 inch section of hose ( essentially the smallest I could find) and connect it to its outlet.Then I can connect it to the motor…

They sell them as a bundle, but you pay about $22 for a bundled blender. My blender broke twice.
