Samsung Adaptive Charging Vehicle Charger Review

mine works great. I have a genuine Samsung car charger, cable and pen. Not sure what the beef says, home charger was not included. It is not included and does not say it is. Works perfectly.

If you are looking for a FAST fast charger for your phone, this is it! Well constructed. But: 1) Not the thinnest and not the smallest. (Sticks out of the 12V socket.) 2) No display. 3) One (1) USB port only.

The product charges but the connector tends to pop out of the car quite often. This led us to believe that our phone would only charge while driving to its destination, and we find that the connector popped up just enough not to charge.

Works very well. I didn't know if the problem was with my phone's connector or with a previous car charger I had been using for a year. The cable kept dangling in the port. Luckily it was the charger. This cable fits snugly into the phone's port and the charger works well.

I only tested it briefly on a Samsung S7 cell phone. The phone confirms that this is the fast charger I wanted when using the phone in the power-hungry GPS mode. Cable length is ok, but in my opinion a twisted pair cable (like my slow charger) would be better. It has three Samsung pins built into the top of the USB connector, so you can tell the connector's orientation by touch. That's good, especially if you need to plug it in while driving or in the dark.

Bought this for my Galaxy phone, realized it's a Samsung brand so it works fine with my phone but it doesn't. It charges my phone, but I wouldn't say it's fast. They advertise 50 percent in 30 minutes and my phone isn't getting that from this charger. I will note that I have a very old device so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I feel I could have spent less on a different manufacturer's charger which would likely work just as well .

For some reason these chargers are a hit. I ordered 2 packs and individual chargers, not all chargers. Install the cigarette lighter socket correctly. Some will dangle and fly out at the slightest movement, others will get stuck on bumpy roads. But when they work, they work great. When you make a custom connector for your vehicle, the internal parts are of the highest quality.

The second one I've bought - (one for each car). When I discovered that the current car charger I was using had a connection that wasn't holding I looked for a new charger and was glad they now have a FAST charger that uses my Samsung Note 4's fast charging. A search of the stores for car fast chargers revealed that they were not manufactured. Glad Samsung figured it out!

Charges quickly, doesn't overheat your phone and even works with a wireless charging pad. Actually, I mainly use it with S7 tethered to a Samsung OEM wireless charger and it has no problem charging as long as the full Google map is shown when navigating with the phone. It will continue to charge while using the Google Nav app. In this case it's charging slowly, but it actually has a net positive power supply when the phone is displaying/refreshing/navigating.
