Plays well but about 80% of the time when we first try to turn it on with the remote for the day it doesn't work. So we have to unplug it and plug it back in and then it works again. Has not started before the return deadline. At least it works, but it's a bit annoying. There are no skipping or freezing issues either. The remote control works perfectly, the functionality is intuitive. But since I have to keep turning it off and on again, I'm giving it two stars.

Cannot fault the device as it works well. Whoever invented the remote control deserves a quick kick to the flatlands! Everything is fine when playing DVD, but the buttons are small and at the bottom of the remote control 40%. However, if you want to use an app like YouTube, you will most likely hate it and curse it every time you use it. I've had many problems with the product and with the company itself. First, it didn't come with an HDMI cable as advertised. I had to contact people and after about a week they sent me one but within a week I couldn't use the product. Two weeks into the return period, things started to deteriorate badly.
