Satisfied Customer - Cell Phones

I received my cell phone today, it came with 80% battery. When I turn it on it works great, I put my sim in and it's fully unlocked as the description says. I came in a decent box (not a Samsung box) with no headphones, just a phone and charger. Fair enough for the price.

WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY ATT CARRIER

I try so hard to be so careful when I get a new phone. I read the fine print, tick all the features, etc. like everyone else. This phone is supposed to be AT&T compatible, so I got it. I was able to use the "Smart Switch" feature from my old phone to this one very easily. Then I tried to send a test text message to my husband and I had no cell service. So I called ATT, assuming they just wanted serial numbers/IMEI numbers or something. I spent the ENTIRE HOUR of DINNER on the phone with ATT as…
