Bought for my fiance for his A71 Samsung. He is a retired soldier, so he knows the reliability and quality of the products. He loves to! Comes with all accessories including headband. Due to the extremely durable case, he had some trouble getting his phone into the case, but he just put it in the microwave for 3 seconds to make it more flexible. Lol, I would have never thought of that. The delivery was excellent as promised. Good product!

The volume up button is covered by the orange plastic case and when you put it in the black case it holds the volume up button down so you can't turn it down. I bought this specifically for the a71 5g, it claims to be made for this phone. I have a Verizon 5g UW version that is different from the actual 5g version. You should point out that it doesn't fit the Verizon version (or even the at&t version according to other reviews, I think I'd warn you).

This phone case was fine. Received it today and can't use a screen protector as one is cracked and the one that came with it was almost broken due to the bottom of the case getting under the screen protector even if I put the screen protector where the case wouldn't go and slide it up still came under the edge of the tread. Also, where I have the volume buttons, the edge of the case is a little long and presses on the buttons. This case wouldn't be so bad if the edges of the case weren't so…

I haven't checked the specs of this or anything else and they didn't match (not Verizon a71 uw compatible) like their main signature, title or image description would otherwise The Verizon a71 uw has a very unique button layout that you have to buy from a small selection of cases. Even Otter Box doesn't have it yet unless they refused to make it specifically for the Verizon a71 uw phone.
