Biggest display, unique stylus (yes, I use it regularly, it's handy for my work), performance, best quality display. I have never had any complaints about the software or assembly. Now specifically for the model: 1. Externally. Strict and concise. Stylish. Nothing stands out in black and white. But the coloring of Aura Glow turned out to be very cool. Some write that it is slippery . well, if you keep your phone in woolen mittens, then maybe. Nothing is slippery. Moreover, I used the eighth model for 2 years without a case, precisely because it is much more pleasant to hold it in my hands, and it is also glass on both sides. The screen is gorgeous and healthy. There is no Bixby button which is a plus. The power button on the left is also a plus - more convenient for a phone of this size. 2. Software. I did not notice significant changes with the 8th model. Everything is familiar and convenient. I liked the new features of the stylus, Bixby scripts. The fingerprint scanner on the screen is more convenient than the back for me. I did not notice any special brakes of the scanner. Facial recognition is also noticeably better. Windows integration. Some more nice little things. 3. Photo quality. Maybe it lags behind camera phones, but still very worthy. I am not a photographer and the quality of the photo is secondary for me. I am not a supporter of protective films - I will say right away, but I can put up with it if everything is done normally. In stores, managers glue the films in such a way that you wonât look without tears, and after a while, it completely begins to peel off. Yes, this one is pasted evenly, without bubbles and with high quality. BUT! Does not reach the edges of the display - how to understand this, dear Samsung? The corners of the display, figuratively speaking, hang behind the film. When trying to call the Edge panel, the finger constantly clings to the edge of the film. 3. The power button, moved to the left edge, is not a drawback, but something that caused bewilderment. You can understand - they tried to combine it with the Bixby button (generally a controversial thing). But I got used to it almost immediately. Bixby has disabled all features. In OneUI 2.0 on NoteFE (as opposed to 2.1, which came with from the factory my Note10+) it was possible to put a 5x5 grid on a much smaller 5.66" display and everything was perfectly visible and did not turn on by mistake. Hopefully the upcoming OneUI 2.5 will bring this back, although the chances are very slim.
