This causes the always-on screen to become distorted, which often confuses the phone whether the lid is open or closed. In addition, it is a fingerprint magnet. I used to have a similar flip case for a Samsung Galaxy S8; It was as thin as this but also durable, it stood up to my rough handling for years and it had a very decent phone stand function. This flip case for the S10e has none of that. It has no durability, it is cheap, after a few months it tore along the "seam" because this seam is just cheaply glued. This is not a shockproof case. This is a case to protect your phone and screen from scratches etc. and your screen will automatically turn on when you open the case and off again when you close it. That's exactly what I want. My phone is always in my pocket or backpack, not in a bag that's too small or too tight, and needs more protection from scratches than from falls (I've only dropped my phone to my death once in my life). I've only had this case for a few days. Looks absolutely chic and elegant. It works more or less as it should. It really protects your phone from scratches.
