Not worth the investment

As a hesitant buyer, I purchased this phone hoping it would be a great addition to my electronics collection. As a result of my tests, I determined that the battery life is not as long as advertised. The camera quality is average at best and the phone tends to overheat when in use for prolonged periods. Save your money and invest in a different model.

No Dual SIM

Phone specs are wrong, it should be dual sim and support international versions, but I have a phone with one SD card slot and one SIM card slot. Where is the other dual sim slot that is so funny I bought from Revain as they sell dual sim Samsung phones. It can support GSM phones, I don't care where my dual sim slot is. I would like this to be fixed/replaced/replaced as soon as possible

Phone Overheats

I bought this phone on April 4th, 2021. I liked how quick and easy it was to set up, found the color a little heavier than expected, but liked the wide screen. Great for watching movies. However, the phone overheats when using the zoom. As you know, we're working even more online now, so all my meetings are on Zoom. When I'm in the 30th minute of a meeting, I get a message that Zoom is overheating my phone and needs to be turned off. This has happened 4 times already. At first I thought maybe…
