- -Screen. It's just amazing, there's nothing to compare it to. The slogan - a smartphone without borders - fully describes what you experience when holding the Galaxy S8 in your hands. It seems that the screen is a continuation of reality. This must be seen with your own eyes. - The same goes for design. Glass on both sides, arranged symmetrically, convenient location of buttons (forget about Bixby =)), the camera is flush with the surface. It is comfortable to hold the phone, there are no false positives of the rounded screen. -Camera. I'll tell you a story - a friend asked me to take a picture of her in the park, autumn is all business, of course I agreed. Then our friends looked at these pictures and I heard only one question - "What camera camera do you have?" and subsequent exclamations - "On the phone? Seriously? Are you kidding?!" Yes, the photos really exceed all expectations. Focusing is instant, there is an auto mode, excellent photos at night, HDR, macro and background blur modes. Everything is as it should be. -Moisture protection. I walk in the rain and read articles, shake off the drops and continue reading. Passers-by look around, but I don't care. The screen reacts only to fingers, there are no problems with using it in the rain. -Performance. Fast, powerful, what else to say? Pulls all games, renders videos, launches applications quickly -Memory. 64 GB in the minimum configuration is enough for the eyes) there is a Samsung Cloud cloud where your photos are uploaded, although I like google photos -Usability. I love stock android. You know, everything about it is almost perfect. Google knows a lot about this. But Samsung Experience forced me to change my preferences. I had Galaxy S Captivate (not sold in 2022), Galaxy Note 3 and 2 more tablets, and I rolled Cyanogenmod on all these devices. But there was no hand raised. The icons look modern and neat, the application menu is just perfect, native applications are in the same style, everything is smooth, transparent, convenient. Bravo!
- -Autonomy. The phone is able to hold a charge for a long time if it is not actively used. But, alas, this is not about me. Hours to 5-6 charge remains 20-25 percent. Usually gps, nfc, bluetooth are on (yes, I need all this), AOD is off. -The Home button did not respond to increased pressure a couple of times, I don’t know what it was connected with - It seems to me that the charger is made of poor quality. It may not be, but it looks flimsy -The rear glass scratches more, so a case is needed. I put it on a clean kitchen table, but it looked like there were some sugar crystals or something, so there were small scratches. -For me, this is nonsense, but in the first month, the phone laid a couple of times on the animation of opening my applications and the notification curtain. Not good! -Applications can be randomly unloaded from RAM, and do not require a lot of memory. -The iris scanner works instantly in the dark, but the more light, the longer the recognition process takes, to the point that it cannot be done in sunlight. -Due to the fingerprint scanner, the camera lens is often dirty, and by the way, it does not always work)
- The screen is the best. Without compromise. Maximum use of space. The screen is almost without frames, and not to the detriment of ergonomics. Camera. Here, too, no questions asked. Work speed. One of the most technologically advanced devices on the market. Knows almost everything.
- Iris unlock doesn't always work well. For example, it does not work very well in the sun . The screen is too soft. There is something to compare with (s6, s7 there were no such problems nearby). On this screen, scratches appear as if from a touch with air. And quite deep. The battery for 1.5 years is noticeably tired, but this is a natural process for such a device.
- I own this handsome 5th day. So far I have nothing bad to say. Every day I like him more and more. the screen is amazing, a lot of new chips from samsung, nice headphones. of all the phones that I have had, ranging from galaxy 2,4,5,6 and apple 5c and 6, this one is the most convenient in my hand. Well, I’m generally silent about iron, in my opinion now there is nothing to compare it with on the market, there are no competitors, in almost all respects. (Personal opinion)
- I was hoping the battery would last longer. Although for 13 hours of active calls, wi-fi, bluetooth, the screen is often turned on, and the rest of 22% will probably go for such a powerful phone.
- Screen, camera, body color (ruby), battery, many accessories included.
- Very little memory, 64 GB - nothing. I had to buy a flash drive. The location of the "fingerprint" is in the wrong place, because of it the camera is always smudged.
- 1) Camera. In the afternoon, gorgeous pictures without much effort, just took it out and took a photo 2) Performance. PUBG plays perfectly on medium settings, World Of Tanks does the same. 3) Ease of use. I really like the size of the smartphone, it fits comfortably in the hand and does not fall out (here with a caveat - you definitely need a case! Without it, the phone is very small). 4) Well, I really like the interface, everything is beautiful and there is nothing to complain about. 5) Convenience of the scanner (yes). For me, the fingerprint scanner is in an ideal place, but we are all different and we need to take this into account, for most it is still inconvenient to use. I advise you to take it in your hands in the store and listen to the sensations, I personally immediately approached. 6) Fast charging. She's really fast.
- Now to the disadvantages, although they are few. 1) Autonomy. If you play games all day long, take photos and videos, surf the Internet without a break and want your phone to last 1.5-2 days - this option is not for you. By the evening he will sit down with heavy loads. Again, that's enough for me. Fast charging makes up for it. 2) The glass is scratched. What's in the back, what's in the front. Tiny scratches after 2 weeks are already there. Glue the film and put on a case if you want to keep the appearance of the device. 3) Microfreezes. They have a place to be, not very pleasant, but not critical for me. The phone does not hang, the animation just dulls. 4) Unlocking by the iris / face did not please me at all, but since I wear glasses, you can find an explanation for this. I don’t attribute the Bixby button to shortcomings, since during the use I pressed it only twice specifically to see how it works. Of course, it would be much more useful if you could remap it in the settings without any additional applications.
- The design is beautiful The camera is great Interface is convenient Captivating Marketing
- Phone quality is HORRIBLE. Frankly bad, cheap low-quality materials.
- Camera, autonomy, performance, a large selection of accessories.
- Weak touch at the corners, it is inconvenient to reach for the scanner, the bixby button gets in the way.
- The phone is great. Both externally and internally!) It lies beautifully in the hand, you want to get it and see at least the time. The screen is great, the iron is powerful. The camera is excellent both day and night (for example, I will attach a picture at night).
- The main disappointment is the battery. The day does not survive without charging. Although with the fast charge function from 0% to 100% it charges in 1.5 hours. It's nonsense, but don't expect the iPhone X blur effect.
- Design (acquired in black), screen brightness, use of biometric data (it is convenient for me to use both a retinal scanner and fingerprints), excellent image quality. Convenient ability to work with 2 windows at the same time. Lies well in the hand. Convenient to use with 1 hand
- slippery, prints remain, some applications are unfinished. Even the technical support service cannot help to solve the problems that arise, referring to software flaws. Pretty weak battery. Feels like it takes a long time to charge on wireless charging. From the network it charges several times faster.
- Screen, design, camera
- Autonomy, the complexity of the selection of protective glass
- Screen Camera 3 months of good work.
- Does not call lugs, brakes
- Definitely, the picture quality is the best I've seen (until the iphone x came out). Absolutely stunning image, rounded edges. But all this was the main disadvantage, because of which I sold this unsuccessful phone. The quality of the photos is top notch.
- The main drawback is the fragility of the screen. Crowds of people write on the Internet and shoot angry comments in video reviews that the screen was broken from a slight fall (from 30 cm on the keyboard, from a meter to the ground (not asphalt, just earth)). And now the main thing is the cost of repairing the screen from 20 to 30 thousand. Can you imagine this?. Because of the rounded edges, it is absolutely impossible to glue the protective glass, because the first time it will not work normally to print a message - the keys must be pressed two or even three times. And yes, after a while this miracle device starts to slow down. Yes, the list of programs that I used is quite impressive, but then why did I give 50k to limit myself in the number of programs? . And we are not talking about 50 applications, but somewhere around 25-30. With such a set of Xiaomi redmi note 3 pro, I slowed down less. A completely unfortunate model for those who cannot afford to change the screen every month. And who is extremely important fast response without brakes. I hope my next phone will be much better.
- Smart, good design, bright screen
- brakes
- -screen - system stability - fast charging Yes, everything!
- Haven't found it yet.
