THIS PHONE SUCKS! for mobile phones

I have had Samsung phones for years and thought this would be a good phone. It does NOT have the latest software and is NOT listed for updates. It has silly ads that appear on the home screen or when trying to open another application WITHOUT any reason and at all times. It just lost all my settings for no reason! This phone is a disgrace to phones!
