My son managed to tear off one of the black plastic pieces within 5 minutes of the first try. I thought it was just him but after about a month one on top of the other boot fell off. This part is actually crucial for the elastic rope part of the shoe as without the black part it will always be looser. I ended up tying the ends in a knot. Otherwise, the rest of the shoe feels sturdy. I bought this in a different color for my other child and had no issues with it so not sure if the first pair was

We love these sandals! We bought them a half size, our son is in-between sizes (11 too small, 12 too big) which is a plus. Great design, comfortable fit, affordable price. We'll buy a few more.

They look like sturdy sandals but my son wouldn't wear them because of the glitter in the blue accents. Just for info as you can't see it in the picture.

My son with Down Syndrome puts them on and off by himself with no problem. They have really good traction so there is less chance of slipping and falling in the park. He loves bright colors and always shows them to his friends. However, they might just be a little tight, but I probably should have bought a size up.

Great buy for sturdy sandals. They're well made and won't break the bank. I actually bought two pairs - one for each child - and both loved their new sandals.

They look well made in the pictures but feel like cheap plastic. Add to that the feeling of cheap plastic rubbing against your feet. Crocs are better

1) Velcro breaks in a month! renders it unusable/cannot be carried. 2) On the top of the foot, the high form / bridge of the nose, which is uncomfortable, the top of the foot hurts a little. My son wore "the same sandals" (style and company) in a different color, we returned these

It's usually difficult to buy shoes online for my very sensitive child, but he loved them straight away, didn't need to break them in. take it off to shake them out. The good thing is that it is very easy to take off and put on with Velcro. These are his favorite shoes wherever we go. Highly recommended!

I liked the colors - I noticed that. Loved the sock that prevents tripping and the treaded sole that prevents slipping. A gift for the grandson who thought they were "really cool"!

My son loves this! The closed toe allows him to explore, but the open toe allows the foot to breathe. He usually has problems with calluses on his feet, but this was a welcome change. The choice of colors and quality is great too!
