This is the best TV I have ever bought. The speed at which it uploads and downloads exceeds my expectations for a regular Ram TB experience. The size is compact and I highly recommend buying one of these as an external storage drive or replacing one you already have.

Just tape it to the back of my computer and I can back up or save pictures anytime. I didn't rate the tech support because I don't need it. Just plug it in and it's words.
