I ordered these for my 5 year old for school. Firstly, the shoes delivered were different from the picture. Same colour, correct size but they had velcro which was fine with me if color and size is right. They are not true to size. A few people told me they needed a caution and a stretch, but we couldn't even get his leg in. If we had ordered a size up we could have kept it. Instead, we resold them.

The velcro stitching ripped just a few days after we received them, I was hoping these shoes would last a year. I like the way they look but they aren't exactly cheap for kids shoes and the quality is surprisingly a lot lower than I expected. They won't stay on my son's feet if the velcro isn't fastened properly. Even if I had re-stitched it, the stitching in that area had completely unraveled and looked awful. We bought a pair of Crocs Santa Cruz to replace. Much better quality, looks great…

These are my son's second pair. He bought the same ones last school year and they eventually started fraying, but he still uses them for indoor shoes. He's only worn the new ones for about a week but they seem exactly the same so I'm sure he'll live with these new ones for another year.
