With the kids' activities and meetups now online, we needed a way to cover the laptop's camera while still being easy to use when needed. This option was great. It's very thin so it doesn't interfere with closing the screen and is easy to open and close. So far it has worked very well - it has held up to our daily use for several weeks now.

Great price 9 per pack Don't have enough items to use. I install the first one on my laptop. I followed the detailed instructions to install it correctly, but it doesn't stick that well. It fell off after about a week and I tried putting it back on but it got stuck so it went through 3 of them and now on my 4th and this one seems to be holding on. There are easy-to-use open and closed ones.

If you can use a sticker, you can use this. Between meetings I covered the camera with a piece of crimson tape. It was good but really ugly. Got this and since there were so many for the price they are now on all our devices. It looks a lot better. It mostly sticks to the screen (it stays in place but found it came loose when I rearranged it) and there's a thin plastic switch that's easy to slide back and forth.

Complete rubbish. I carefully cleaned and treated the surface with alcohol and let it evaporate completely. I removed the sticker from the plastic, placed the cover on the iPhone and pressed it. They seem fine - until they go away. They just fall off - either the whole damn thing or just the sliding part falls out and gets lost - you don't realize it's missing until it's long gone. All already burned. I want my money back :(

At first I was skeptical. Will that extra sticker bother you? Will it hold or fall off? Does the slider stay in place? I bet on my mobile, tablet and laptop. After a month of use I can say that I am very satisfied with the purchase. I hardly notice them. I even forget to move the Facetime cover sometimes ("Why can't I see you?" - Mom). They hold up very well. Even my cell phone, which is constantly tucked into pockets and purses, shows no signs of weakening.

Pros: + Inexpensive + Pack of 9 cases + Very thin + Easy to install + Suitable for laptops or other devices not subject to frequent abrasion Cons: - Only 3 /9 have half red / half black option - Glue is not strong - Due to the above, they will be displaced a lot or completely torn off. I've installed them on a number of different tablets and laptops. They are only suitable for the latter. They work a lot with tablets, so the webcam covers don't stay in place. Even cases and covers will come off

These little blinds are PERFECT! I've been using them on MAC and PC for several years. They offer complete privacy and make your camera totally hack-proof. They are very small and slide very easily. Any one of them will last a couple of years before wearing out so badly that the bolt falls out of the case. I would buy it again.
