I am using this CRM to keep track of my clients in real time so that we can have more personal contact with them by having their information directly available at our fingertips as well as being able update it through an API or webhooks system if needed.
The interface is very intuitive once you get used to how everything works but there are times when some actions seem like they might be slow compared to what other platforms would do (i think maybe due to its size?). It's not perfect yetβ¦
The best part of this app is that it has an inbuilt CRMS which helps to manage all your client's information at one place so you can easily track their activities from anywhere with ease! I don't like how sometimes there are errors while updating data or adding new clients but overall its good as far i have used till now! It would be great if they add more features such auto update when we change our emails etc..
Also need some improvement regarding mobile version since most people use mobiles
