I usually wear a size 9, but when I buy online I get a 9.5 if it's in stock, especially as I have a roomy fit. If you have flat feet these are terrible shoes for you. There is no arch support, the material feels cheap and the shoe is too tight. save your money

Great shoe but they need to focus on strengthening the stitching around the toes, all 3 pairs had the same issue but overall a good shoe for people who don't need cushioning when running.

I've had them since about 2011 and change them up every few years. They last a long time and are always comfortable. I wear them when I'm a nurse, I wear them when I run, they're great for a lot of things. They have ONLY enough support and it doesn't feel like you're running on platforms like many running shoes do.
