I'm pretty sure it's fake

I'm pretty sure it's fake. I've been running for a few years now and always wear Saucony shoes. They have been my favorites for several years. However, these are terrible. I've been running in them for 2.5 months now (several days a week) and they're killing my legs. My legs are getting numb and my arches are starting to hurt.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • A bit torn

Worst Omnis! fits Athletic

I've worn Saucony Omnis for many years and love most models. This one, no! The outsole is very stiff and does not flex easily, causing the heel to slip. Not much traffic control either. After a few runs, my knees and hips hurt so much that I had to see a doctor. Unfortunately I wear tight ones and it looks like Saucony has discontinued them. Why can't they leave the good guys alone?

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

I have a question. Is it just me or

I have a question. Is it just me or is it a different size than the previous Saucony Omni line? I can usually wear them almost non-stop from the start. However, they leave sores on the outer edges of the tops of my legs. My feet may be a little wide, but I've always made do with sneakers and regular-sized shoes. My guess is that they might be narrower in the forefoot than previous Omni models. Can anyone agree?

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not the best

Loyal Omni Wearers Look Elsewhere

I walk every day and have worn Saucony Omnis for YEARS. There were 12, 13, 14 and 2 pairs of 15. Loved them ALL! The best and most comfortable shoes for my moderate pronation! So when it finally came time to replace my latest hiking shoes, I ordered these Omni 16s and figured it would be a no-brainer. But that's not the case. DO NOT fit like the classic Omnis. The sidewalls are very hard/plastic and the toe box is much narrower (and I have narrow feet). They're a bit wonky - another reviewer…

but great for outdoor runs

My feet hurt from plantar fasciitis and I'm always trying different shoes to give my arch support properly. These are Saucony's most structured and supportive products. They have a lot of cushioning and I feel a built in stability. I also have Ride & Guide models and this Omni model is the most textured and soft of them all. The color is orange red or neon coral rather than red or pink (as it appears in the pictures). The laces are a bit short if you use an extra eyelet on the ankle. At first…

NOT suitable like previous Saucony Omnis models!

Beware the trusty Saucony. I've been a Saucony devotee for many years and have worn at least 8-10 pairs over the past 15 years. My last pair were Omni 15s bought in early 2017. I was quite happy with the landing at 8M. I have a hyperpronator, I have really flat feet: middle toe, narrower at the heel. So this year I decided to replace the Omni 15 with the Omni 16. The fit is COMPLETELY different and not for the better. Size 8 was shorter than expected which made my toes feel cramped so I went…
