My passenger side fell off 5 times. I even added extra 3M tape but the surface is textured and I just don't think it has enough surface to "grab" in JT. The one on the driver's side goes around the transfer case (4WD) shift knob and holds it perfectly in place. 1/2 of them work, the other half don't.

I'm 5ft 4", drive a 2020 Wrangler Unlimited 6 speed and the driver's side pan interferes with the seating position so I have to have the backrest a little wider than I would like. If I was an inch taller or my Jeep had an automatic transmission where I didn't have to worry about the clutch pedal hitting the floor, it wouldn't be a problem. does NOT stay at all and I don't want to buy extra glue/double sided tape or use any glue to get the product to do what it's supposed to do. Jeep Wrangler Storage options are very limited and the door screens look silly. So it's worth thinking about an additional storage option. I bought these thinking they would be an easy addition, within easy reach and big enough to fit my phone and other items. The problem is liability. Extruded plastic containers are not 100% formed and the adhesive layer is very thin. "adhesive strips" don't work. First off, unless you're a midget and like me you're 6ft 200lbs, your (driver's side) leg is going to interfere with the driver's side bin. Second, the passenger side is NOT preserved as it is not properly formed. These people need to be made to drive cross country with Hillary Clinton and the Kimodo dragon in a smart car. Full top design and cheap Chinese junk.

For context I have a 2020 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara (JL). This is a select track machine. I'm listing all of this as I'm new to the Jeep world and don't fully understand the implications of years, models, etc. This is perfect for my setup. Installation takes 5 minutes, including cleaning surfaces with isopropyl alcohol. This is a great place to store the contents of my bags. For the price and ease of installation, that extra storage is well worth it.

Save money by using product as is. The tapes are too narrow to properly adhere to each side of the console. You need to buy additional 3M double-sided tape to make it work. Both the console and storage boxes are made of plastic and not vinyl, so they are NOT as flexible as vinyl. The driver's side is better because it fits into the 4WD lever assembly.
