Ordered 4 bottles. At over $6 a bottle, I expect good quality. 4 bottles are not even the same size. One bottle is about 1 cm shorter than the others. I am assuming it is a quality control defect that is being sold unbranded. The lids are of very poor quality, I am worried if they are really waterproof. Unfortunately I need them for immediate use so I cannot return them. I would definitely NOT buy again.

I thought these bottles would be similar to the ones I bought [and broke] in Boroux. It's not like this. Their stainless steel plates have sharp edges that could cut your fingers in a hurry. Boroux also has a textured color film glued to the outside of the glass. The Swig Savvy bottles are colored glass only and I don't think I can grip them as tightly as the previous one. I should have guessed there would be differences given the low price of 4.

Sometimes when I unscrew the cap, the small rubber piece inside the cap comes off. I rarely use a case to be honest, so this isn't a problem for me. I like the quality of the glass and the colors are beautiful. But they are slippery! You have to hold onto it tightly so that it doesn't slip out of your hands. I recently used one for iced coffee and the smell/taste didn't linger. That's nice. I also wash in the dishwasher.

I LOVE them. I love placing chunks of fruit in the water - strawberries, lemons, and frozen blueberries are my favorites - and the opening is wide enough for you to slide the chunks in and out with ease. I use one of these by my bed because my cats can't take their eyes off an open glass of water and they look lovely and elegant. The bottles are practical and well designed in my opinion. Removable silicone ring in the cap. I've been using them for a while, mainly to store filtered water in the fridge. I'm only giving 4 stars because I've found that glass blocks odors. After using one to store mango juice, it still smelled like mango for about three weeks, despite daily use as a water bottle and frequent washing. It is true that the plastic does not touch the contents of these bottles. The lid has plastic threads, but the inner top of the lid is stainless steel with a silicone gasket to prevent any contact with the threads. However, such a cover is a two-layer construction. When I tried to wet the hat to remove food residue, I found that the water had filled the space between the layers. Once the water was in it was very difficult to get out.
