Couldn't sit after long ride testing a new saddle

I've never been a fan of ointments/creams for down there, but while testing a new saddle on a 6 hour ride I was not able to sit with any comfort at all. I had already ordered this cream based on a recommendation from a coworker, but it didn't arrive till the day after this ride. This ride testing the new saddle material caused more damage than I've ever had to deal with on long and even multi day rides. Still dealing with a lot of pain the next day when I checked the mail and found this cream…

Pros
  • GOODBYE SADDLE SORES: Chafing can develop anywhere that skin or clothing rubs on skin. It may lead to skin irritation and is a precursor to saddle sores. Not only that this paraben-free chamois cream actively acts in treating existing saddle sores, it may also help in the optimum prevention of saddle sores to help keep you active in your day-to-day activities.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to travel with due to size and consistency

Saved me from months of saddle sores

I made the painful decision to try another chamois cream. Big mistake. I developed some not so nice saddle sores. After two week of using DzNuts again, the sores are almost gone. My only complaint is about the packaging. It is very difficult to get the last 1/4 of the product of the the container it is in. I always have to cut it in half and then leave the open unused end in a baggie. Other than that, great product.

Pros
  • 7.25 x 1.75 x 1.75 inches; 5.44 Ounces
Cons
  • Doesn't always prevent saddle sores, just reduces their severity

This stuff saved my @$$

Excellent Product! I'm a pretty avid cyclist, but didn't get a whole lot of saddle time before Ragbrai this year. This stuff saved my @$$. I'm not sure how I would fared if I didn't have this on the 6 day ride across IOWA. Having only done about 30 to 50 miles once or twice a week in preparation for Ragbrai I was kind of worried to do 6 straight days of 45 to 100 mile rides. I've used other chamois creme before, but DZNuts is definitely my favorite. The cooling factor is nice. Also the healing…

Pros
  • A great product that really works. Will definitely buy again.
Cons
  • Contains a strong fragrance that some may find off-putting

I didn't Even Know How Badly I Needed It

I knew I liked this stuff the first time I tried it, but it wasn't until I forgot to wear it this morning that I feel compelled to write a testimonial (sans pictures). I'm relatively new to running and wasn't sure if I would even need this stuff as it seems to be primarily marketed towards cyclists, but I was wrong. After about 9 miles on the trail today, I was experiencing a stinging pain and I knew immediately I forgot to apply it. I can pronounce most of the ingredients (as a lot of them are

Pros
  • Reduces friction and irritation from tight-fitting sports gear
Cons
  • Doesn't always stay in place during exercise

Dave Zabriske has some good stuff here in my opinion

Dave Zabriske has some good stuff here in my opinion. It prevents chafing, doesn't end up stinking, and lasts as long you need it during a ride. However, the 4 stars aren't in regard to quality. I use it too frequently. Nearly $40 per month for two. I now use something just as good if not better. Vaseline with Cocoa Butter. $1.47 at Target and will last two or three months.

Pros
  • Safe and gentle on sensitive skin types
Cons
  • May not work as effectively over time as skin becomes accustomed to it

DZNuts keeps the package happy on a long ride

I have taken many painful 25+ mile bike rides with my son. We tried new seats, new biker shorts and nothing made the ride comfortable until DZNuts. While explaining how to apply the cream to my son was a bit awkward, the result was a long happy bike ride and a lot of inappropriate jokes from my teenage boys that kept them laughing for days.

Pros
  • DC Laboratories
Cons
  • Takes time and effort to properly remove from skin and clothing after use

I gave up on Boxers years ago, when Mother Nature began to unleash the harsh realities of gravity upon my body. I quickly found Boxer Briefs as a suitable defense that can, at times, avert the advances of heat and the music of Mary Chafin' Carpenter. Since that time I have been emboldened in relentless pursuit of the perfect pair of PPPs (private part protectors) and have found Duluth Trading Company's ArmaChillo boxer briefs. When accompanied with DZ nuts and GoldBond they provided the Disney…

Pros
  • Helps heal and restore damaged skin from previous chafing or irritation
Cons
  • Can cause a slippery sensation during exercise
