Very helpful for managing different aspects related to eCommerce

The ease at which I can create new products without having any technical knowledge or experience has been amazing! There are also many templates available so you don't need much help when creating your own product catalogues either online through scalepad's website platform (which works offline as well)or via an API integration from other platforms like Salesforce/Hubspot etc..The reporting tools aren;t very detailed by default however they do provide some useful analytics - not sure if this…

Fast and flawless implementation, great customer care

Easy installation process; fast service support from team members (superb); best price/performance ratio among similar products available online at this moment. There's nothing I dislike about them as such - they are good all around! It was very helpful when looking into an automated solution for our IT assets inventory tracking & reporting purposes. What could be improved? The UI or user interface needs improvement so users can access information faster without having to open multiple…

ScalePad - Very user friendly software!

Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to use. We love the ease of use, the ease of implementation, and the ease of use. We love that our clients can manage their accounts and their clients from one place. There isn't much I dislike about the product. It is very easy to use, and it is very easy to implement. We use Scalepad to manage our customers' accounts. It is easy for us to be alerted when a new account is created, and it is easy for us to send out reminders to our customers about renewals…

  • The best part was how easily everything came together! And being able to view your customer's info without having access or needing an internet connection..it made things so convenient!! Also loved not using Excel anymore just took me minutes with this program (Scalapd) compared to hours spent trying to do what could have been done here within seconds!!! Love you guys keep up the good work
