Nice plate. I didn't want an extra wide one and it fits perfectly in my office. The games look really good and the refresh rate is good. Image settings are limited, so you must do this in-game or through the software. The speakers are just fine. If you want decent sound, you might need to add a soundbar or some external speakers. No complaints, sitting 18 inches away in a custom built race car cockpit with HOTAS, steering wheel pedals, keyboard and trackerball, it's a relatively immersive environment compared to a PC running VR. I love it. I ordered a 40" curved monitor for my work monitor. I do a lot of file organization and other important office tasks; always multitasking so I decided to buy this! Going from a 24" monitor to this is a big transition ! At first I was a bit nervous when I opened it because the box was huge. But when I sit down on my desktop and connect to the network, wow! I would blame Amazon for stocking the monitor but this is the second time I have received a monitor with dead pixels. Save your money and you can get a better monitor from a better brand. The monitor is better than expected. HDR is a game changer. The game looks great, I used it for programming. The text looks good and is crisp. It was great for gaming. An attempt to use it as an office monitor was unsuccessful. The resolution for basic office programs like Word and Excel wasn't very good.
