🎮 Sceptre C275B-FWN240 Monitor: FreeSync, frameless, curved, and built-in speakers Review

Looked and worked fine for a few months, but recently noticed that there is a pixel issue that I particularly notice with a black background. There is a blue pixel that stays blue and doesn't go away. This isn't critical yet, but if it gets worse you'll definitely need to change it. Not sure if they do anything under warranty but I've only had it for about 9 months. Decent product for the price but it might be wise to spend a little more for something that lasts longer

A little skeptical just based on some reviews, I took a photo in the dark when I bought a 27" curved picture, but it came and it has an excellent picture quality, nothing wrong with that. I connected it to my Xbox. Due to the aspect ratio, I was limited in options. But I would say it's perfect for consoles, it's even a bit bigger than I imagined, overall a good buy, I'll edit it in the future as time goes by.

The monitor is good for the most part, but not optimal for me. My main issue is that it's too big, which causes my eyestrain. Also, the increased size makes the images a bit more "pixelated". And finally, you cannot adjust the height or tilt of the monitor. But for all that, the monitor is still pretty good. If you don't think the large screen size will bother you, the picture is still pretty sharp.

There were pretty good props in my previous review while you got it on sale but I went back to editing as I no longer feel the ghosting is acceptable. It's something that's become more and more common over time, to the point where it's actually difficult to play anything at or below 60 fps because the image is very laggy. Was initially concerned that 1080p would look worse on a 27" screen and am happy to report that this is not a problem at all. The picture quality is solid, the large screen size means I can see fine details more easily, the curve makes everything more immersive and couples it with a 240Hz refresh for incredibly smooth movement, and you've got a winner here. I love it, I recommend it to anyone looking for a good monitor.

Most people I know are obsessed with pretty much everything. I have previously ordered a 27" 144Hz curved monitor from Scepter, I was very impressed with it and wanted a second monitor for my dual monitor setup but it was usually out of stock or the price went up. Update 1/8/2022: I got it back. Crappy speakers kept failing and the monitor stand was poorly constructed. My desk has a raised platform for monitors and the monitor stand acts like a rocking chair every time I hit the desk. Due to the weight of the monitor, it just doesn't sit flat. It was a safety issue and I was afraid that if I sat down and accidentally hit my knee on the table, this huge thing would fall on me. I've been staring at gaming monitors for a while. I wanted a Samsung but decided because of the 1ms refresh rate because the Samsung I wanted was 6ms and triple the price. It's of decent quality, you just set it up. It was badly packaged when I got it. The box was soaked but it wasn't damaged and it works. Too bad it doesn't bleed around the edges as many reviews say, for the price I think you could do a lot worse.

I used to have a 4k monitor at 120hz but it felt like it wasn't letting my computer perform to its full potential as it could only display 120 fps and being 4k the frame rate dropped. I stumbled across this monitor and decided to buy it and everything looks MUCH smoother than before. I see no difference between 1080p and 4k. It still looks fresh and clean. I highly recommend buying this if you are a competitive gamer.

The monitor is ok, nothing amazing but nothing terrible, the only problem was the way they packaged it, two huge pieces of tape attached directly to the screen. You can imagine how scary it was to remove them without breaking the screen.

I opened the box - a dead monitor. Contacted Scepter, they asked if I tried unplugging and plugging it back in for a while. I told them I tried every step on their website, they rudely told me to go through Revain. Revain returned all the money without any problems and solved all the problems I had. 100% for helping Revain. Scepter 0% help.

Stunning right out of the box. Remember that only 2 ports are dedicated for better viewing. the rest is average. Dubious purchase for the elderly.

It appears to have been damaged at the factory. I opened it, assembled it, turned it on and found that there was a huge footprint on the screen which wasn't my making, also it was a birthday present for my brother so he loved the game. When I used it and the disappointment was immeasurable, I honestly couldn't buy more of the scepter, especially after I was told I was the one who allegedly damaged it.

I often play 1080p High/Ultra games. That was God's message. This monitor is pretty good. You will not be disappointed. If you need 32 inch 1080P High Frequency 240Hz then this is the one for you. With my i9-10900k and RX6900XT I have 240-260 fps. At least it gives me an advantage. Just buy it.

I've had this monitor for a month now and I can say it's been a great experience. While I underestimated how little it was compared to my table, after using it there is a huge difference from what I used. Since this is my first gaming monitor I can't complain if everything is good, the graphics look great and the games are fun.

So far so good, the only issue is that the display port cable that came with this monitor got stuck in the monitor when I tested it. Looks like the cable release has been shelved, it took a while to release. So far no problems with the monitor, picture and response excellent.

Great size and curve! Great to play with and works very well. The only part that frustrated me was the stand assembly because it kept falling apart. But it comes with a BETTER screwdriver!

I had my doubts about buying a curved monitor but I'm very glad I bought this one! It works great in gaming and watching movies/videos. If you have space on your desk for a large monitor, this is a great option!

Pros: Pretty much everything about it, especially the tweaks you can do with it to toggle between TV and games. Cons: It wasn't 36-42 inches. I'm talking to you, scepter!

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the color change or what we're seeing on my screen, I've seen reviews on other monitors and they have quite a few and reviews so it gives me the impetus to try more expensive brands , when they have so many problems, the scepter showed the least so far and at such an amazing price
