ScheduleBase Review

It's easy enough for me (as I am not tech savvy) but having my assistant do it makes things easier as well! The software itself isn't very user friendly, which really limits its use in small businesses like mine where everyone has different skill sets/level of comfort using computers etc., However if they could make some enhancements towards making this more efficient or have better tutorials maybe? I like how easy it was for me to set up my employees, and also how simple it would be for someone else in our office to use as well! The only thing I dislike about this program is that sometimes when we are trying to get something done at one of our sites, we have to wait until another person logs into their account which takes longer than necessary. We didn't realize there were different levels of accounts available, but now that we know, we will definitely make sure we choose the right level

It was easy for me as I am not very tech savvy, but my husband helped us get started using it quickly! The scheduling has been great since we implemented this product into our business!! We are able to set up different shift changes during each day of week which helps keep everything organized when there's more than one employee scheduled at once. I enjoyed how easily this program and saved me lots of paper, as well my team liked it too! Everyone has been able use without much assistance or asking for help when needed which for others they could have just asked but didn’t think about needing them until after doing all their own stuff by hand first!!
