🎀 100-Yard Schiff Ribbons 922-2 Cotton Twill Tape Ribbon, 1/2-Inch Width, Natural Color Review

It's a little thinner than the twill I bought from Jo Anna but it's good because it's less bulky in 18th century clothes.

The straps were just what I needed and still need. I've used it to make waist ties for some aprons. There was enough tape to get the job done in both of my cabins. Delivery was on time and the tapes were exactly as described. I would happily book here again.

This tape can be used to make interchangeable drawstrings for trousers and skirts with elasticated cuffs. Simply make a vertical slit on the inside of the waistband in the front, leave a space around the entire piece, insert the safety pin ribbon into the front edge, thread it around the waistband, feed it out through the same slit, and voila! Clothes that can be worn again.

Tape is good. BUT. I was very disappointed when I got about halfway through the ribbon wheel to find that the ribbon had been cut and held together with red ribbon! So it's a waste of tape unless you cut the tape right there. I needed a very long strap so I bought this length. Someone must have noticed that it's actually not that long that it's two pieces glued together. I'm not sure how many more "breaks" in the volume I'll find, but I wouldn't buy it again. :(
