Since it is not clear from the product name that these shoes are only for girls and when sizing we took M and W to indicate male or female (boys or girls) instead of medium and wide sizes, my new fiancee and I bought one Pair for her young son/step son to wear to our wedding when we couldn't find matching saddle shoes to match mine in local department stores. I bought a cheaper pair of saddle shoes online as my daughter wears them to school so quickly. We noticed horribly smelly feet with non-leather shoes! After the powders and sprays failed, I realized the problem was the synthetic fabric of the cheaper shoes. I immediately bought these leather shoes and the smelly feet are gone. They are stronger, fit as expected and we will stay with them.

These are classic shoes that you can NEVER go wrong with! Buyers beware, Payless offers same style shoes in solid colors for more than half the price most seasons! Since these shoes scratch very easily, I'd rather pay the girl $ for just a pair of socks! Having said that, I have to say that I've never seen 2 shades of brown in freebies, so I had to bite the bullet on Thanksgiving! laugh out loud!

The shoes look great. Say well done. Our son isn't that enthusiastic, but that was to be expected. Compared to tennis shoes or crocodile shoes, the shoes are stiff and he is not used to the heel, although it is very thin. The colors are true.

Don't expect to wear them for hours right out of the box. They need to be broken in to avoid blisters. They are the same ones I wore in the 80's!

Ordered these shoes in white and black for my 8 year old for school. The size was fine. These are very chunky shoes. The white scratched very easily as the finish didn't penetrate the skin very deeply. For the price of this shoe I was expecting a more durable cover. My 8 year old doesn't like wearing them because they don't polish well and are too chunky.

Very pretty and durable, however after about 3 days of wearing them they caused pain in the back of my daughter's foot (Achilles tendon).

I had to have these for school. Poor quality product, the abrasions are so deep that the polishing does not cover. Shoes look terrible after 2 weeks of regular use. comfort? Ordered these shoes for my son. We love the classic look. The fit was as expected. We ordered a bit more of these so he could carry more. Good unisex shoes. If your child doesn't like shoes, expect them to use white shoe polish from time to time. Overall great shoes. I will order more

I love these shoes. I took them for my 3 year old daughter. These shoes reminded me of my school days or when I was in a cheerleading squad.

These shoes are great, I ordered them a little larger for my upcoming seventh grader so they fit exactly how I wanted them to. They were a little dirty on the tongue of the shoes but a little soap and water did the trick! 5/5 stars

Love the shoes, it looks just like the picture. However, I was disappointed as it was too big and wide! My 6 year old didn't fit in a 13.5 so I ordered 13 and it didn't work.

I ordered two sizes (13-13.5) for my 6 year old. Size 13.5 fits perfectly. My daughter loves her new shoes and says they are very comfortable.

Very cute but a little rough on the edges of the shoe. I had to send them back. It's easy to see how blisters can form on a child's ankles. I want them to put some kind of padding around it. Damn.

You look great! I love the details throughout the shoe. The laces feel waxy. The soles won't leave marks when baby drags their feet.

Finally a paid one that fits my daughter who has small feet for a young lady. She is very happy with these shoes and enjoys wearing them. Ordered a size 5 from Eastlands unfortunately they were too big and this size 4 shoe fits perfectly.

I ordered these for my three and a half year old grandson. He looks so cute wearing them and everyone he meets comments on them. Before forcing him into the shoes, I sprayed him with a water repellent to protect the leather and suede. There are no signs of abrasions at all, two months have passed. When he outgrows them I will definitely buy him another pair. added bonus - he loves them too - his favorite pair of shoes

I ordered these for my 8 year old son - he was a size 4 when I ordered them in May but is now a 4.5 in August. So he can't wear them. And I can't get her back. The money is gone. sucks.
