Already crashing

Already crashing. Charges at 300 amps, even when off or when switched to 60 amps. It has only been used a few times and I only bought it in June. How do I get a working replacement?

2 different damaged blocks

To be honest I don't know how well this machine works. The first one we received was so badly dented that the wheels couldn't be attached (the box was intact). The second display didn't work. After receiving 2 damaged units I gave up.

The second bad out of the box.

the second got a doa out of the box. This one is missing parts but looks brand new and is also missing ALL the side screws that appear to be holding it together. The bottom was badly dented like it had been dropped but does the box look ok? Plug in . nothing at all

50/50 you can beat. Don't risk it if you need it fast.

This thing was oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Es war so gebogen, dass ich befürchtete, es würde sofort in Flammen aufgehen, wenn ich versuchte, es zu benutzen. The photos don't really do it justice. Either they keep sending people the same broken pad, or someone from QA knocked over the shelf with them and signed. Such a PITA.

Poor design and finish of the overlay on the control panel.

The control panel overlay feels oversized and prevents it from lying flat around the perimeter of the control panel area. As a result, the overlay does not stick/lift well and shifts, allowing only part of the symbols to be illuminated. Hopefully this is a one time issue and a replacement will be fine. The replacement charger is in the same condition. Sent back for a refund.

The packaging was fine, the bottom of the charger was damaged before packaging.

Hope I enjoy the jump start and charging options. What I didn't like was that the handle felt so low even when pushed to its most vertical position. And if you want to get out and jump on the vehicle, the wheels are also small and made of plastic, which transmits a lot of vibration to the device. Haven't had a chance to try this yet because I've found that I can't even assemble the block as the bottom of the block is pushed so hard into the cavity that the lugs don't line up with the wheel…
