Pretty difficult to factor in as I've had them for a short time but luckily haven't had a flat tire yet. The tires are smooth, I can drive them on gravel roads without any problems. on my bike but I have enough space so there is no problem.

I have ridden many kilometers in my cycling history and I have to say I love these tires! I've been riding without shoes every day for 1.5 years! Nothing is more frustrating than spending time renovating homes instead of driving. Hats off to Schwabe!

I was fed up with patching inner tubes and when a trusted local bike technician told me about these tyres, I had no hesitation in ordering two sets for mine both bikes. I had no idea such a thing existed. This guy has no more apartments. Is always. I've ridden them hundreds of miles and they still look brand new.

Great tire and no flat tire in 500 miles. However, I wouldn't call it a pure mountain bike tire, more like a light trail or aggressive cross-country tire. Quiet on gravel, fast on tarmac and sticky in the wet, quite good in the mud. I got what I wanted, but buyers should be aware that this is not your typical aggressive off-road tire.

Was on Bontrager XR2 tires. They're good, but after a few years they wear out and peak. Researched this tire NO PLATE Schwalbe Marathon plus. Not cheap, but adequate, and the anti-flat design makes sense. The tire looks good, rides great and was a lot easier to fit than I expected after reading the reviews. A reflective stripe on the sidewall gives extra visibility when driving at night. The tire weighs almost 3.5 pounds, but it's a fat tire. I also installed two rubber pads for added puncture protection. This is as close as you can get to an airless tire. I can't find a 29" airless mountain bike tire.
