Everything was exactly as described in the insert, it's good but it has a few screws that are too long that you need to cut or get new ones out the household shops

Installed on a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. From the passenger side. Very easy installation. The original screws must be reused. The rest is perfect. The mirror is solid with no vibration.

Didn't fit at all. Couldn't even put the 3rd screw in, it was too far. Remember I work in a car service so I change a lot of mirrors, they are easy. There are also bolts with nuts on the original mirror. It required screws and they couldn't even supply them so I had to go shopping to find them.

Not really happy with this product. I mean, it's enough for now, but it's all wrong and all. When my fiancé gets home I'll try to take a picture of him but he's not up to par and it's absolutely not due to what we did during the install. It will fit for now as it's better than the one that dropped but I would recommend that you spend a little more money on a different product.

The reason I included these three is because the metal studs that attach the mirror to the truck are too long. I had to add washers to make a spacer so the nut would have threads to hook into. The bolt consists of 2 threaded parts. One end screws into the mirror assembly, there is an unthreaded part, then a threaded part that secures the mirror to the truck. An elongated hairpin hardly allowed to fix the door cover.

I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing this mirror. The supplied fasteners/screws are the wrong size (see image for size comparison). I had to remove screws from my old mirror to install it in this mirror which wasn't easy. Turned a 15 minute project into an hour+ project with lots of swearing. Do yourself a favor and give this mirror until they fix their gear.

Went to our dealership and received a quote to replace our heated power mirror on our Dodge Ram. Almost $600! Checked on Amazon and found the same mirror for less than $85! I went to You Tube, watched the video and decided we can handle it! And we have! The mirror fit my Ram 2500 05. However the kit did not include the necessary hardware to install it. I ended up having to unscrew the 3 screws holding the mirror to the door of the old mirror that was being replaced. The old screws could not be easily removed from the original mirror. I made the electrical connection carelessly and ended up bending 2 pins. you are skinny Be careful here. I thought the mirror was broken until I unplugged it and looked in with a flashlight and reading glasses. After gently bending them, the driver's side controls worked.
