Worked really well when standing on the dash. Fell off after about 2 weeks. I contacted customer service to see if they could send a replacement or at least a different double sided tape but they wanted me to send it. Not worth the shipping as it's cheap anyway. Not very impressed.

It was easy to use and easy to install. I tried several phone mounts and they all got stuck in the vent and the magnet wasn't strong enough to hold my iPhone X. There were times when the mount itself didn't stick to the vent. Or it wouldn't hold the position I wanted my phone in. I would make a small turn while driving and it would fly into my lap or somewhere else. I really want to give this product 5 stars because it worked great for the first two weeks. I love that I can easily attach and remove my phone from the mount. However, while driving a week ago without a phone, this thing fell off my dash and haven't been able to get it back since. MagicMount Pro installed easily on my 2014 Toyota Rav4. It arrived with a silver frame installed and includes a black frame. I swapped out the bezel for a black one and it was very easy. The base allows for some conformance to the curvature of the mounting surface, which was ideal - there aren't many flat surfaces in modern cars. Well, the Pro model is a little sturdier than the original, but just as durable as the less-expensive round brand WizGear if you can get two for $13.
