What good is tape if it doesn't stick!?

The tape is very thick, but its adhesive strength is not good enough to stick the tape to boxes. Now I have 3 rolls of duct tape that are basically useless. Also note that if you use this to wrap the boxes you ship it adds quite a bit of weight (for the tape) which will end up costing you more in shipping.

The absolute best packing tape

This is truly the best packing tape I have ever used. I prefer to just use it without any gimmicks. This tape is always easy to start. I just run my fingers across it to find the edge, then pry up the corner with my fingernail and it peels off nicely. It never breaks and it's always easy to get exactly what I need without the hassle of dispensers. This is the first cassette I've found that looks like this. I will continue to happily work with this seller.

Expensive but the best

Trust me I've tried several alternatives to this packing tape including a cheaper version from the same company. ALL others were unacceptable due to splintering and tearing etc. It's nice and thick (prevents splitting and tearing etc.), great adhesion, and it's just the best. I don't know where it's made these days, but this particular version of Scotch packing tape is the only one I'll buy now until a real alternative comes along.
