Hope for what was described was not fulfilled. I didn't notice the smell. I applied the 1st gel with success. I can't say I noticed a difference and when it came time to apply the second gel the dispenser wasn't of good quality and I applied ALL the remaining gels and not just one. This is my first time using this product. We have highly mineralized well water and an ad saying it reduces limescale caught my attention. If it helps at all, it will be worth it for me.
