Overpriced Junk for Office Electronics

This replacement battery is a total waste of money. It didn't last long, and when it finally died, it wouldn't charge back up. The only positive is that it came with clear instructions on how to install it. The negative is that it's not worth the money spent. Don't bother buying this product - you're better off spending your money on a different electronics company's battery.

Doesn't hold a charge long. At this moment .

Holds a charge for a short time. At this point I'll probably return the battery and just buy a new Ooma cordless phone as spare batteries just don't work properly.

Reverse polarity destroyed my phone OOMA

Warning: This battery was the same size as my original battery with the correct size connector at the end of the harness. However, the polarity was reversed compared to my original battery. So when I connected the battery to my OOMA PBX phone, the electrical current flowed backwards through the phone's circuit board and burned several components, causing them to flare up and smoke. Needless to say, the phone will be destroyed. Check polarity (the orientation of the red and black wires goingโ€ฆ
