Sea to Summit Lightweight Dry Sack: Versatile & Waterproof All-Purpose Dry Bag Review

My husband and I used this laundry bag while camping. It worked great! Fill with water, add some soap, shake and roll, then rinse and wring out. Very light, well built, beautiful green color. Plan to use it for its intended purpose in the future.

I recently went down the river on my SUP and put my keys, wallet and phone in one of these pockets. When I left the house I had to wade through several trees across the river. On one such occasion, my rowing board with a bag attached got stuck underwater. After a few minutes I pulled it out and despite being held underwater in a fast moving river, all my stuff was dry. If I need more dry bags I will definitely buy more of these.

I used this product to wash in a hotel room during a business trip. I used 1/4 sheet sheet size laundry detergent (new to me) to wash my travel clothes and used this drying bag to keep the process in check. I purchased this bag in May 2021 to replace my previous Sea to Summit bag which lasted over seven years. I have used this bag maybe 5 times and was very disappointed to see that the needle fell out when I was at the beach and I was unable to close the bag and protect my phone during my stay. I got this to pack my smartphone instead of using a dry box. It seemed like a good idea as it would be flexible and fit better in SeaDoo's small space. So I ordered it and after about 3 weeks it was there. However, the "do not submerge” warning on the label came as an unpleasant surprise.
