Brilliant! 24 Hour Service

32 Gallon Reef Biocube I've had green and kelp issues for a month. This stuff worked almost immediately. The water is crystal clear! Worth every penny!

Waste of money - filter accessories

Waste of money if you use it to fight diatoms. This product did not help me solve my diatom problem. Just buy snails (they can't reproduce in fresh water).

Incredible first experience!

I got this today for my 20gb saltwater aquarium and I'm not sure if it's just a placebo effect but I swear in just 30 minutes it looks like mine will Frog spawn polyps are increasing! The first photo is after adding the fosguard, the second before. Also, I used the recommended amount, which was only 2-3 tablespoons, and put it in a media pouch. So far so good, I'll update if there's a problem.

Kills kelp in fish and aquatic animals

I developed kelp in a tank and adding Phosguard to the HOB filter eliminated it. I placed the tiny pellets in old nylon tubing, tied them off and placed them in the cooktop to allow the water to flow through. Replace every 4 days and the seaweed will be gone in a few weeks. The directions aren't the best, but the Seachem website says to use 1 2/3 teaspoons for 10-20 gallons, 3 2/3 for 20-40 gallons, 3 1/3 for 60-200 gallons if that is the case. will help someone. .

Game Changer Algae-B-Gone

Too bad I didn't take a picture of my tank sooner because in a week my BBA (black beard algae) almost completely disappeared from my tank. I've been battling this problem for over 6 months, recklessly doing water changes, reducing feeding and changing lighting to no avail. I took my water to my lfs to check and they said my phosphates were insanely high. I bought a test and this one and after a week I'm so happy that I got my beautiful aquarium back. I would recommend it to anyone struggling…

Helps keep algae from going crazy

Since adding this to my tank I've noticed a decrease in the amount of pesky algae. Some seaweed is good. This helps absorb ammonia and gives fish, snails and shrimp plenty of food. This helps absorb the extra phosphate we all cause from overfeeding and simply makes for a safer aquarium that is easier to manage. From what I've read it lasts about 3 months so I plan on changing it 4 times a year. For a 75 gallon aquarium, a jar should last about a year. I'd rather feed my snails, shrimp and…

Algae killer for me!

I have a 29 gallon tank, about 7 Revain Sword plants, gravel substrate and tap water (with prime conditioner to remove chlorine). The tank is not overloaded. In between some mollies, guppies and about 20 inches of total fish. After cleaning the walls and substrate about every 4 days, brown algae were visible throughout the tank. I read on the Internet and a lot of things turned up for the cause of seaweed -1. New aquarium. My aquarium has been fully functional for months so I've been missing…

Works really well, good for aquarium pumps and filters

This is an updated review as I only received the product last night. I have a 20 gallon tank and was disappointed with how quickly algae grew on my "fake" plants in the tank. I have an algae eater but it can't reach all the leaves due to their shape and size. With a phosphate test kit in my tank, I decided to test the aquarium. Highest quality dark blue. I have never seen such deep blue test water and in the summer I have problems with the pool due to the trees overhead and the Florida climate.
