Fake or bad batch

The product has been tested and it works well but I had these weird chemical burns frost etched into the plastic when I received it. The seal has been broken

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Does the job! for aquarium water treatment

Definitely increases ph and kh. Start with one teaspoon per 60 gallon tank. Follow the label closely and it will do what it says. Also, this product will not work properly if you do not add tilapia salt before use.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Not sure

It slightly raises the PH to the desired level.

I am just glad that this product is available to raise the pH of African cichlids to their natural environment. The bottle is big enough for the price. I will use it religiously. My cichlids didn't react negatively when I put it in the water. I am pleased.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Transparency

Perfect ph balancer

Great product. I only had to use it twice. First when starting my tank. Second when changing 80% of the water. In addition, this product is stable in water. It helps regulate pH and dissolves very well. This product will be with me for a very long time. My fish are thriving and this helps keep my pH in the 8.0-8.2 range.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Nothing

A great puffer for your Mbuna kids!

Since I've been using this, my PH value has been constant at 8.2. I just follow the directions on the bottle and I have the results I need for my mbuna! I highly recommend this material. I'm struggling with my PH around 6.6 and now I have peace of mind knowing I'm just adding a little every few weeks to keep it above 8.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I'll get back to you later

Maintains pH where these sea cichlids thrive

I have a Malawi Mbuna aquarium. These fish naturally have a high pH in the range of 8.0 and above. Proper water parameters are vital to the overall health of the fish as well as the full potential of the activity these fish are so well known and cared for. I follow the instructions on the back and my tank stays at 8.2. I am very satisfied and so are my fish with this product.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Legacy model
