Great all-around tool and great customer service

I like that they have an option for multiple languages, so I can customize my results. It's not very intuitive at first, but once you get used to it, it's pretty easy to use. The language selection menu is a bit confusing (although I'm sure it could be improved). I don't know if this was intentional or not, but when I search for something in English it sometimes returns results in Japanese. It's probably just me though (I do know how to fix it). Very useful for tracking performance between campaigns

I like that it integrates well with Google Analytics, as well as having a detailed overview of all of my keywords. The dashboard has not been updated in a while, which makes it difficult to see where you are performing well, and where you can improve. Make sure that you have time to dedicate to this tool. It's worth the investment! You're going to be able to track your progress over time, and see what keywords are working well, and which ones aren't. This is helpful when considering new keyword
