SecurityLink has been our favorite tool to remotely manage our client's computers. It is very flexible and allows us to manage all of their devices and applications. There are few downsides which can be better. One is that it could be easier to see who is using your software if there was more visibility into computer usage. Also, I wish we could have a little bit more control over user accounts. Some clients do not want to allow multiple people to use their computers remotely. We now have a…
