I bought this to replace a fan in a traditional 12V 30A DC power supply, I don't think it's noisier is than the original. I hope it will last longer with better bearings. I think the old fan had sleeve bearings that started rattling and causing problems starting the fan. The position of the screws matched the fittings in the delivery.

I give 5 stars because I can't use it but not because of the product. The big problem here is if you have a Q-See system. The case fan is a 60x15mm fan. So far, so good. Now the problems begin. After I cut off the glue holding the fan in place (which is why I didn't peel it off before ordering) it turned out that the fan was 5v and not 12v. It also uses a larger connector than most 5V fans.
