I work with this software daily during my job at home office so i can remote in to our customers network from anywhere that has internet access as well! This allows me flexibility without having be tied up behind an actual desk or physical location which helps keep costs down while increasing efficiency within customer service departments!! The only thing about SSWPI would have been if they had more options of different types/categories when it comes time adding new sites (like we did recently)

The ability to set up reports of all sorts from anything you need them too! I also like that my agents are able to access their own information as well so there isn't any confusion or issues with who can see what at times when sending out client files/reports etc.. Nothing really but if it were me i would say they could have made some changes here and maybe make things more user friendly? But its not terrible in anyway just something small we noticed after using this software system over ourβ¦
