Very high quality door hardware and locks

As a contractor I have probably installed about 100 door locks. I have installed smart locks from several brands. This has to be the highest quality I've ever seen. I am ordering more of these for my personal home and patio. The material is a very heavy metal frame that feels very solid. It might not have all the fancy new WiFi features, but I found I didn't really need it. It locks automatically (and has an auto-lock disable setting) and I found I didn't need to communicate with the door…

Item was dead when I opened the front door after only four days of use

Recently bought for my new apartment to find out how to get inside the house easier when my hands are full of groceries Say it didn't work, its lighter fingerprint scanner works 1 in 10 times and sometimes doesn't work at all. You have to enter numbers to enter an annoying code as well as numbers on the side so you kind of have to put your head in. Apart from 7 days it wouldn't turn on anymore and I came home to my front door unlocked and open to everyone open that could come in I tried…

Easy installation. Sketchy programming

Keyless lock required because woman cannot turn doorknob by hand due to health reasons. It installs easily, but the instructions aren't really very clear. I returned the first one because I thought it was defective because the metal part in the middle simply twisted without jamming, meaning the door could not be opened from the outside. When the replacement came I found that this wasn't a defect but the way the door locked from the outside. It would be helpful if the instructions were clearer…
