All in one for beginners

The Wio terminal is ideal for beginners who want to learn about electronics, programming, automation and prototyping. It's not that expensive, and Grove terminals are a great addition.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • It's hard to remember but it was

Best Development Board for IOT

The Wio Terminal is a great way to monitor a controlled environment. One thing I didn't like is the lack of software samples and a general developer community, but I'm sure that will change over time. Also, an extra battery would be nice if it was all in one device, I wasn't aware of that...and I have yet to get my hands on it, but it's definitely worth the price.

Pros
  • Great Choices
Cons
  • Concise Guide

It's pretty neat!

Not quite sure what I'm going to do with this yet, but I like its compactness, compatibility with Arduino etc. I installed a few test sketches and everything works great!

Pros
  • Complete kit

Get started on your MCU projects

This is one of those microcontroller builds that makes you nerd with just one set of built-in features. I've used it to create a work-from-home assistant that uses a hat switch and buttons to do things like: set my Slack status, switch my microphone and zoom camera, and send requests to my Hue hub to change the color of the Turning off lights outside my home office so my kids know it's safe to interrupt me. Haven't used the I/O pins yet, but I'm buying another one so I can make my own weather…

Pros
  • I'm Keeping My Fists
Cons
  • Slightly Wrinkled
