It arrived with the handle broken, but we were able to repair and use. Now the hose is cracking and we cannot use it. This didn't even last 6 months. Would not recommend buying.

I used this for the first time after I received it as a fathers day gift. I noticed cold air blowing on my wrist. I quickly shut off the propane tank because the cold air I felt was propane leaking from the connection between the hose and the handle. It could not be tightened. Unfortunately my wife ordered it for me and I didn't get it or use it until after the return date closed. Now I'm stick with a dangerous, useless tool.

The box didn't include the gloves. The rubber piece for the ignitor didn't fit. The control for didn't work. POS. Thanks for attention!

After several uses, the hose came loose and dangerous, need to order a new one, and need to know:What is the size of the female connector to the torch.

Flame can is only 3” in diameter. Propane hose needs to be longer. The length they show is torch and hose combined. Used it to preheat some asphalt prior to building small incline to drive way from street. You have to pay attention because unless you keep constant motion this thing will boil the asphalt.

This product worked well for the first 2 times I used it. June 13th I tried for the third time, and it failed. I tried trouble shooting, to no avail. Gas ignites when I hit trigger it blows out. No adjustment. Too late to return. By a day! No I'm stuck with it

We used this to burn piles of tree limbs, pine cones and needles. It worked fine. If we accidentally broke it, or burned it by mistake, we'd buy another one. 😂 It takes 4 or 5 clicks to ignite and when it goes out while using it, we just put it over an existing flame to relight it. No problem.

First, the ignitor didn't work. Then it would loose pressure at certain angles and flame would go out. Hose connection was poor quality. Finally, it didn't have sufficient flame/heat to burn anything green. Great for old dead shrubs, but I could toss accelerante on that and burn like "field" burning. So, I didn't need this, didn't work and was not worth the trouble or waste of propane.

The quality control is low. The item didn't function without replacing the tubing crimp for a tight seal. Otherwise gas leaked at the tubing to wand connection.

The product looked good and was easy to assemble. Problem was when I hooked the hose to the propane tank there leak from the hose connection. I was please to get a prompt reponse to the problem and the option for a replacement or refund.

Got this all hooked up, turned my gas tank on, followed the steps in the product video, and nothing. Not a single flame was produced. After 30 minutes of trying to figure it out I gave up and initiated a return.

Got nothing to complain about this torch. It is easy to assemble and use. Used it to burn weeds in my big yard, boy I wish I knew about this torch long time ago what a life saver. I liked it so much even my brother bought one for his yard.

I use this to "safely” shoot fire balls in my backyard. I do not know how it compares to its intended purpose, but for my purpose it’s fantastic!

I was amazed at the performance of this torch. It roars like a train passing over your head, it cooks the sugar in plants instantly and then it dies. Great tool for any gardener who is serious about being weed free.

The hose blew off the fitting the first time I opened the valve on the propane tank. The fitting is not crimped onto the hose, and easily pulls apart by hand. The barb adapter's barbs are rounded off (see pic) and don't grab the hose at all.This is extremely dangerous. If the torch had been lit, this could have resulted in a whipping flaming hose.The pictures show the metal collar crimped on the hose. Works pretty well. Good for removing light snow. Little hard to get started, but once it starts it puts out a good flame. The 9.8-foot hose limits the reach of the torch.
