I ordered an 18" bike for my son's 18" bike. It was too high to stand up straight. So we had to bend it. It's made to stick to the side of the bike. What goes into the bicycle chain. If you put it on the other side, it will hit the bike tire. I want it to work at all for us, we attached it to the side of the chain and we had to bend it with a vise and hammer to keep it from hitting the chain. Absolutely terrible design.

I bought 2. A bike for each of my children. My daughter is fine. However, we had to take it off my son's bike because it wouldn't hold up while riding. He would pick it up and then as he drove it would fall back down and he would drag the running board through the mud. We couldn't figure out why or how to fix it so we just took it off and it turned out it didn't have a footrest.

Claimed to fit my son's 16" bike but not nearly as good as mine's 16" bike sons. Apparently there is a difference between 16 inch wheels so I don't attribute it 100% to the manufacturer. Haven't used a stand let alone a tiny one in a while. I feel it could make the bike slimmer once installed. If we decrease the size it will be too small, if we increase the size the bike will fall the other way. Maybe it's just funny because this is my daughter's bike who is 5 years old. She appears to be a professional cyclist. It holds the bike great and is easy to raise or lower. This is a great product. Just funny for adults haha.

I bought a 12" footrest for my son's 12" bike. His highest mounting point is still about 2 /3" shorter and the bike just falls off. I'm not sure if its tires are fatter than usual or if this is a common problem. I could try straightening it out or putting in a bigger rubber boot, but I don't think that helps, wish it was adjustable.

This side stand is very easy to attach to my child's 14 inch bike. Simply remove the nut from the rear spoke (or loosen it if you have clearance) and slide the footpeg in. Pull it back. and you can go It's very well constructed and the spring is firm enough for optimal lock-in and out of the way. Despite being on the rear wheel, it still holds the bike very effectively. never had problems with rollover.

Easy to assemble. The notches on the mounting plate align with the slot on the bike frame where the wheel is mounted. Mounts with the same nut previously used for jockey wheels. Being on the rear wheel and not directly behind the crank is a little different, but there isn't much room in the middle of the frame on a small bike. Bikes this size don't have a typical footpeg mount, but this one works just as well. Actually perfect, because it doesn't bother me when my little early two-wheeler races

I regret buying this footrest for children's bikes. The bike should be on a perfectly level surface with the front wheel rotated 90 degrees. Only then did the bike stop. But it only took a small gust of wind to flip the bike. My child has given up and stopped using it altogether. I took it off and threw it in the trash. Should not be returned. The seller keeps emailing me asking for a review. I replied several times that the product doesn't work, maybe a bigger one for 18" tires would work…
