Excellent Visualization Experience With Amazing Customer Service

Everything about this tool is amazing! The simplicity of it's UI makes my life so much easier as an analyst at work - I literally just point to what part needs attention or improvement when something goes wrong in client sites (and even that isn't always necessary). It also allows me to view trends over time for things such as product usage by user, which helps us make critical decisions quickly.
