- - All headphone settings are made through the Smart Control application. To the application and software, in principle, there are questions. Half of the start screen is occupied by a useless picture, there are not many settings in general. There is no normal indication of the current operating mode: noise reduction, transparency mode, which codec is used. - These headphones can only be connected to one device at a time. The application remembers all the devices with which the headphones are synchronized. To switch from one device to another, you need to turn off the bluetooth of the first one and only after that the headphones will automatically (if you're lucky) switch to another device with which it is synchronized if Bluetooth is enabled, if not, then connect manually. You can also select the device to which you want to connect the headphones in the application on the phone, but here there are occasional blunting and a long search for the device. I have synchronized with PC, laptop, phone and TV. And the inability to use PC/laptop and phone at the same time is frustrating; the previous Jabra headset was able to do this, which greatly improved usability. - Noise suppression

So, I bought these headphones in December 2022 and until recently I was tormented, not understanding what was happening to them. They stupidly constantly discharged while in the charging case ! Every time I charged it to 100%, I used it, everything was normal, then I left it for a day or two, at the right time I take out my ears, and they are discharged to 10% or 0 and the case itself is discharged to 10-20% . The whole mobility chip was killed for me to zero. I did not understand how the Germans could create such a G, because the ears like BBK or Xiaomi, which I bought earlier, did not have such troubles. In all other respects, they are simply magnificent and of very high quality, I felt this even with their main disadvantage. By the way, they advised me to buy audiophiles. But I decided to figure it out, because it cannot be that all the reviews praising them on websites and on YouTube were bought by the manufacturer, just like the user reviews here, most of which put 5 stars. As a result, I read and looked at a bunch of information, wrote to the German support, which answered me in 2022, despite the and apologizing in advance for the 2022 translation (which was perfectly understandable) and finally THIS PROBLEM WITH THE DISCHARGE IS DECIDED ! HURRAH! NOW I AM HAPPY! Therefore, I decided to write this review and share with everyone who was stupid like me, how to use them correctly so that they do not discharge and by the way I forgot about one joint - they did not mate with my iPhone 13 the first time, I had to arrange dances with a tambourine, several Once inserting them into the charging case (I was also shocked by this).
